Warranty and Returns

Warranty Policy:

Holden warrants all products sold by Holden to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.


Holden reserves the right to inspect your item and deem it an actual defective product or not. If we deem it a warranty item, it is because the item shows a clear lack of quality on any part of the Holden item. If it is a warranty issue we will replace the garment if an exact replacement is available, or issue a credit for the amount it was originally purchased for. We will then ship the replacement back free of charge, or ship you a new item of your choosing of equal or lesser value.


If we do not deem the item to be a warranty issue and believe the issue was caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or neglect of a product, we will contact you directly and ask for the funds to cover the return shipping. At that time we will also offer you the option to have the damaged item repaired at your own cost.


Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized Holden Outerwear Dealer. Invoice or charge receipts must clearly identify the dealer.


Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:


Damage caused my misuse, abuse or neglect.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.


Return Policy:
Holden will take returns back and either refund at full value or exchange at full value for a new garment. If the garment is returned in used condition Holden WILL NOT refund for the garment and will return the item to the purchaser.
